Terms & Conditions

1. Farm Fresh Direct Bonus cards always remain the property of Farm Fresh Direct.
2. Farm Fresh Direct reserves the right to exclude Farm Fresh Direct Bonus points from any sale or special offers by Farm Fresh Direct.
3. Point redemption must be made at point of sale during purchase following the sale in which sufficient redemption points are attained.
4. Farm Fresh Direct bonus points must be accumulated at least once within any three-month period or existing points will be erased (excludes any card holder eligible for reward point redemption at next purchase).
5. Farm Fresh Direct staff are not eligible for membership or Farm Fresh Direct Bonus Club Card.
6. Farm Fresh Direct Bonus offers are subject to change from time to time without notice. All due care and effort will be taken to keep all members informed of any changes.
7. No points are earned on products purchased using bonus points.
8. In the event of Farm Fresh Direct Bonus points records being lost through any means whether the fault of Farm Fresh Direct or any other party, all existing points in question will be cancelled and Farm Fresh Direct will not be held responsible. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. It is cardholders responsibility to notify Farm Fresh Direct of any changes to contact details.
10. In the event of a lost card, members should notify Farm Fresh Direct. Farm Fresh Direct will not be responsible for redemptions that are made on cards without the knowledge of the rightful cardholder.
11. Cards are to be used only by the person matching the name on the card. Farm Fresh Direct reserves the right to request identification to ensure a card is used only by the rightful cardholder.
12. Trade customers are not eligible for participation in the Farm Fresh Direct Bonus Club offer.
13. Farm Fresh Direct reserves the right to withhold reward points and remove members not following the above Terms and conditions.
14. Your Bonus Club Card must be available at point of sale, otherwise this will result in non accumulation of points.
